Employment and shit...

This will not come as surprise to those who know me, but I'll say it anyway. I hate my job with an intense passion. Srsly.

If i don't find anther place to work pronto I'm gonna have a meltdown, nuclear style. Every day its the same old crap, and the same old people. And the same old "annoying" problems.

It's not that working in a grocery store is bad, I think it's just this one. It has small store mentality and it gets old. It's full of people that have been there forever, and burn out high schoolers who have no passion for life. Not really the type of people I wanna be around...some of them anyways.

Any most of the cool people have left, or are leaving this Fall. We are already understaffed enough as it is. Uber lamezzzzz

I needed to get that off my chest. Anyhoo...

I think I'm going to apply at a much larger and much more cool market a little farther away from where I live. Maybe they'll pay me more too, cross your fingers for me :)

Aside from that, there aren't many other things getting me down.

On a side note, I am sooo jazzed for collage to star again. I am taking and advanced animation class, adv. English comp, an "easy"(for stupid peoplez) math class, and JAPANESE!!! For the lulz.

Speaking of japan and stuff, I'm seriously gunning for a full ride scholarship to study there, beginning in the summer of 2010(I think). I even got to go and meet some of the people who give it out last friday with one of my professors. Connections!!!

So thats about it...stay tuned.

haha I remember when I lived in Japan I had to learn Japanese, failed every fucking test in that class, my french would get mixed with it and then it just created a really ugly mess haha. The people at your job remind me of one of my managers at my job...for a guy who works with animals he's extremely unhappy about life, but I try to brighten him up a bit which usually results in a sneer or glare, but I keep telling him "Your not a Pokemon, your glare won't work on me". Awesome beans on that animation class though! I can't wait to take my illustration course, I'm going to beast it.

Hahaha nice!!!

Those people are unavoidable I've learned(atleast in retail), just gotta roll with it I guess. And I should use that line on my manager next time he does that, although the subtle humor will most likely be lost on him XDD Oh well....still a good line ;)

Dang, you lived in Japan!?!? Where abouts and for how long? Going anywhere in Japan is kool tho...

I wish you luck in your illus. class too, those are always fun. Are you going to school specifically for art? If so do you have a link to your works and stuff?

I'll be posting my stuff from the first animation class here soon too. just fyi...

Keep it loose,
