Life in the sucky lane

First...a little taste of a piece to come, it's nothing special but I thought it looked nifty so far.

I am back in school now which is both good and bad. I enjoy feeling like I have a purpose and am back on track again, but at the same time I am already fed up with academia...so that leaves me feeling like I am stuck on a fence post...caught in the middle of blissful happiness and total depression. Possibly leaning more towards the latter since I am unemployed now...

But, that doesn't mean I am going to give up on everything, I've just hit a temporary rocky patch. It sucks, but I will see it through none the less.

I have a few more ideas on paper and really want to get them done, so look forward to those. I will also be scanning another piece I completed a while back in the next few days, because at the time I just couldn't get access to a scanner big enough.

I am in Japan.

Yeah, in Nagoya right now and it is hotter than cajun cooking. And it doesn't help that Nagoya is the most boring place in Japan, glad I am headed to Tokyo tomorrow. OMG.....

Other than that just trying to figure out a bunch of things. The prospect of working menial jobs and turning into an old man filled with regret is not an exciting prospect.

It is sad but art and such has been put on the wayside...although I have some things on paper, it's just a matter of finding the time.

Just keep your fingers crossed for me...and updates are almost here.

All right, I know it's been forever since my last post. And the truth is...well, I haven't been drawing that much...my new job is killing me. BUT, when I do get a chance to do some rendering this is what happened :)
